Fellowship

What is a Fellow?

A Fellow commits to the growth and development of The Philadelphia Project, a church partner, and themselves for one year. They will have the opportunity to participate in local church life as they gain professional and leadership skills through their role at TPP. Fellows will facilitate the growth and leadership development of visiting groups and Summer of Service Interns.

As a TPP Fellow

• You become part of an intentional community of believer’s who want to see you succeed

• You get to engage in leading, growing, and developing a plan for the future of The Philadelphia Project

• You gain experience in leading and discipling groups of teenagers and young adults as they visit for mission trips

Who is this for?

• Recent college graduates who desire to grow in ministry and vocational aspects of ministry

• Individuals who have the desire to develop their ministry and leadership skills.
